Terms of Service

The service

Vocal Workout of the Day (the "Service") is provided by Zangger Vocal Art AB, Sweden. It gives you access to a daily, science-based vocal-training programme — guided audio, notation and technique — together with optional on-device pitch and range tools. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. You must provide accurate information. You need to be at least 13 to hold an account, and at least 18 — or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf — to take out a paid subscription. You can delete your account at any time from Account.

Subscriptions, billing & cancellation

• When you create an account you get 7 days of full access, free. No payment details are needed and nothing is charged. If you do nothing at the end of the week, access simply stops — you are never charged automatically.
• To carry on after the free week you choose a plan yourself: US$8.99 per month, or US$49.99 per year. Payment is taken when you subscribe.
• The free week is available once per account, and an account is required — the workouts and exercise library are not available without signing up.
• Prices shown are the total you pay. Where VAT or sales tax applies, it is included in that amount and calculated for your country at checkout.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly for a monthly plan, yearly for an annual plan — until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• You can cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We may change our prices. If we do, we will tell you by email at least 30 days beforehand, and the new price will only apply from your next renewal — never mid-period. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
• If you bought a subscription inside a mobile app store, it is governed by that store's billing and refund rules.
• Statutory withdrawal and refund rights (for example the EU right of withdrawal) apply where required by law.

Your microphone & privacy

The pitch and range features analyse your microphone live, on your device. We never record, upload or store your voice — only numeric results. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property & acceptable use

All content — exercises, audio, notation and text — is owned by Daniel Zangger Borch / Zangger Vocal Art AB and is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly perform or use the content to train other products without our written permission.

Health disclaimer

The Service is for general vocal training and is not medical advice. Stop and consult a doctor or a qualified voice professional if you experience pain, hoarseness or any vocal discomfort. You use the exercises at your own risk.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zangger Vocal Art AB is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
